Kizhanga meen varuval / Whit fish fry
Ingredients:
Fish - 5 pieces
Chilly powder - 3 tsp
Salt
Rava/semolina - few tsps
Oil
Method:
Marinate fish with chilly powder and salt.
Before frying, dip both sides in rava.
Heat a tava, add oil. Shallow fry the fishes.
