Indo - Chinese Gobhi Manchurian

Ingredients:

  • Gobhi- 250 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 2 tsps
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Ajinomotto - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Corn Flour - required amount
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method :

  • Wash Gobhi and put it in warm water.
  • Drain it.
  • Marinate it with all the above items. Mix well and keep it aside for half hour or so.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Yummy Gobhi Manchurian in Indian style is ready.
