Serve warm or chilled according to your taste!
Note: if you want to store the dates syrup, dont add milk..
Grind Dates and honey by adding little water and boil the mixture in low flame to jam consistency and store.
When needed mix one tsp jam in milk and drink hot or cold...

Ingredients:
- Milk - 1/2 litre
- Dates - 1 cup
- Honey - required
- Cardamom powder - required
- Chopped nuts
Method:
- Grind dates and honey in mixie,
- Boil the milk and reduce the quantity into half the quantity.
- Allow the milk to cool. Boil the datees and honey misture upto one boil and allow it to cool as well.
- While it is warm , mix dates and honey to the warm milk.
- Add cardamom powder and nuts.
- Garnish with few chopped dates , so that you get chunky bites while enjoying the kheer.
