Sojji appam is made with flour, sugar and the stuffing inside . This sweet is a simple and tasty recipe.
Made this Sojji appam by deep frying. I am also making this for 5 ingredients fix challenge.
The ingredients for this month challenge are flour, sugar, butter,salt and milk.
I have used ghee instead of butter. I did not bake.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Rava - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Water
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Method:
For the stuffing:
- Dry Roast Rava and keep it aside.
- Boil water. Add the sugar in the boiling water.
- When it is dissolved, Add rava. Add milk to it. Mix well.
- After the rava is cooked well ,add Ghee. Cook till ghee comes out.
- Add the cardamom powder.
For pooris:
- Knead the flour, salt and water together into a soft dough.
- Take small balls and make small pooris, stuff the mixed Sooji mixture or kesari into it and make soft pooris.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the pooris and enjoy the sweet!
