Babycorn pepper fry



Babycorn and capsicum what a yummy combo... This is such a good starter for babycorn lovers . Its suitable for all chinese accompaniments. super simple dish as a starter. Try this out and so leave a comment.





Ingredients:

For marination:


  • Babycorn - 1 pack
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Maida - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp


Other ingredients:


  • Capsicum - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Spring onion - chopped
  • Pepper powder - required
  • Soya sauce -2 tsp
  • Salt



Method:
  • Marinate the babycorn for 10 mins and fry it. Do not fry till golden brown. Keep it aside.
  • For masala, eat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilly. Saute well.
  • Add chopped onions and capsicum. 
  • Add pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and cook well .  Mix them well.Add little spring onions and cook it closed for 5 - 7 mins.
  • Finally, add the fried babycorn and saute well.
  • Lastly garnish with remaining spring onions and serve.




Crunchy and tasty Babycorn pepper fry is ready.. No one can eat just one!
