Babycorn and capsicum what a yummy combo... This is such a good starter for babycorn lovers . Its suitable for all chinese accompaniments. super simple dish as a starter. Try this out and so leave a comment.
Ingredients:
For marination:
- Babycorn - 1 pack
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Maida - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion - 1
- Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
- Green chilly - 2
- Spring onion - chopped
- Pepper powder - required
- Soya sauce -2 tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Marinate the babycorn for 10 mins and fry it. Do not fry till golden brown. Keep it aside.
- For masala, eat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilly. Saute well.
- Add chopped onions and capsicum.
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and cook well . Mix them well.Add little spring onions and cook it closed for 5 - 7 mins.
- Finally, add the fried babycorn and saute well.
- Lastly garnish with remaining spring onions and serve.
Crunchy and tasty Babycorn pepper fry is ready.. No one can eat just one!
