Bajji is a snack enjoyed by all during rainy days especially. Bajji is called fritter which is made using any vegetable, even bread, papad can be used for making it. Here I am using chilly , it is famously called bajji milaga because it is predominantly used for making bajji.
I have used my Bajji bonda mix here.
- Bajji Milaga - 1 cup
- Bajji bonda mix - 1 cup
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
Method:
- Wash the chillies and slit in between using a knife.
- Take the bajji bonda mix in a bowl. Add the required salt and water to make the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, take the chilly one by one and dip it in the batter and deep fry it.
- Strain the excess oil and place it in a plate covered with tissue or kitchen towel.
Crunchy bajjis ready!
