Kovakkai Pakoda / Tindora Pakoras / Ivy gourd Fry






Ingredients:


  • Ivy gourd - 250 gms cut lengthwise
  • Gram flour - 1/4 cup
  • Rice four - 3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tap
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • Water


Method :

  • Mix all the above items except oil.
  • Add little water to mix. Keep it aside for an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry little by little.

Crunchy kovakkai fry ready.
