Ingredients:
- Ivy gourd - 250 gms cut lengthwise
- Gram flour - 1/4 cup
- Rice four - 3 tsp
- Salt
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tap
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Oil
- Water
Method :
- Mix all the above items except oil.
- Add little water to mix. Keep it aside for an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry little by little.
Crunchy kovakkai fry ready.
