Pomfret fish fry - my hubby style


  • Pomfret - 2
  • Chilly powder - 5 tsp
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice - few drops

Method :

  • Wash the fish and make small cuts on both the sides of the fish using Knife.Marinate with all the ingredients for 24 hrs.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, shallow fry the fish.

Tastes great with sambar and Rasam Rice.
