- Pomfret - 2
- Chilly powder - 5 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - few drops
- Wash the fish and make small cuts on both the sides of the fish using Knife.Marinate with all the ingredients for 24 hrs.
- Heat little oil in a pan, shallow fry the fish.
Tastes great with sambar and Rasam Rice.
