Vegetable Hakka Noodles




Ingredients:


  • Plain noodles - 3
  • Carrot - 1 thinky sliced
  • Capsicum - cut into julienne
  • Spring onion - chopped finely ( white separately , green separately)
  • Red chillies - 7-8
  • White Pepper powder - little
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic - finely chopped - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ajino motto - Optional




Method:

  • Boil water and add a tsp of oil. Add the noodles and boil it. Drain it and add cold water to it. Keep it aside.
  • Heat a kadai, add oil. Add white spring onions. Fry them.
  • Add red chillies broken into pieces and ginger garlic and Saute well.
  • Now add the carrot, capsicum Saute them again. Once the veggies are cooked.
  • Add the noodles. Add salt, ajinomotto and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Finally Sprinkle spring onion. Yummy Veg Hakka noodle is ready.
  • Serve with sauce or any other side dishes.

I serve it with Chilli Panneer or Chilli Chicken.
