Bread protien Toast/ Bombay toast



This is a very simple recipe, I love it.Very nutritious and tasty too. Perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Oil

Method:

  • Break egg and mix it with milk in a plate.
  • Add sugar to it.
  • Stir well, till the sugar disolves.
  • Heat a tava, Take the bread slices and dip in the mixture on both the sides and place it on the tava.
  • Add oil in toast it.
  • Remove it when its dne on both the sides.

Tasty bread protein toast ready.
