Mango Souffle



One of the yummiest dessert with banganapalli Mango. Happy Raksha Bandan to my brother.



Ingredients:
  • Mango- 1
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Gelatine - 3 tsps
  • Water
  • Jujubs






Method:

  • Boil milk in a container.
  • Add the condensed milk to it. Stir well. Allow it to cool.
  • Grind the Mango into pulp with some left pieces in it.
  • Mix the ground Mango pulp into the milk.
  • Meanwhile. in a small cup add 3 tsps of gelatine in little water.
  • Heat a pan with water.
  • Place the small bowl in the water and double boil the gelatine.
  • Add this mixture into the milk with Mango.
  • Stir well and transfer it into the setting bowl.
  • Refrigerate or freeze it for it to set for about 1 or 2 hrs.
  • Decorate it with Jujubs













Smoothy souffle is ready.
