Capsicum Fingers


  • Capsicum - 1 cut into juliennes
  • Besan flour - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Asafoedita
  • Oil
  • Water

  • Mix all the above ingredients into a smooth batter except capsicum and oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Take the cut capsicum and dip it in the mixed batter and dip it in the oil.
  • Take it out once it turns golden brown.

Crunchy Capsicum fingers ready.
