Reshmi Kabab


  • Chicken breast pieces- 200 gms
  • Heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
  • Cilantro / Coriander leaves - one handful
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Butter


  • Marinate chicken with heavy whipping cream, salt, ground coriander leaves, ground green chilly and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix them well and keep it aside for 4-5 hrs.
  • Heat a tava or pan. put little butter on it.
  • Take the skewers and put the chicken pieces on to it.
  • Place them on the butter and fry them. Turn it around after 5 mins to cook the other side.

Finger licking ,mouth watering Reshmi Kababs ready.

Note: Soak the BBQ skewers in water (before placing the chickens) to avoid burning on tava.
