One of the tastiest kurma from my mom's recipe.. Do try guys.

- Beans - 5-6 cut it lengthwise
- Carrot - 1 cut it lengthwise
- Potato - 1 cut it lengthwise
- Onion - 1 cut it lengthwise
- Green chilly - 4
- Green peas - 1/4 cup soaked and boiled
- Cinnamon - 1'
- Cloves
- Bay leaf
- coconut
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds - 4 tsp soaked in water
Method:
- Grind coconut, fennel seeds, green chillies and poppy seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan, temper bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add green chilly and onion.When the onions are translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste.Stir well until raw smell disappears.
- Add the vegetables and required salt.
- Add water and close and cook for the vegetables to boil.
- After the vegetables are cooked well.Add the ground paste and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
Suitable for Idly, Dosa, chapathi and even fried rice.
