- Prawns - 20 pieces shell removed
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Carrot - half grated
- Capsicum - half cut into Julienne
- Cabbage - one cup cut into julienne
- Onion - 1 cut into julienne
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilly garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Wash and soak Basmathi rice for 30 mins. Cook it for 3 whistles and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add onions and ginger garlic paste.Fry till raw smell disappears.
- Add the vegetables and fry them.
- Add soya sauce, chilly garlic sauce and little pepper powder.Add the prawns and mix well. Cook it closed for 5-7 mins.
- Add the boiled rice, mix well.
- Add salt and pepper powder.
