INgredients:
- Curd / Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves
- Chilly - 1.2
- Ginger - little
- Asafoedita
- Salt
Method:
- Grind chilly and ginger.
- Mix all the above ingredients in a vessel and curdle it well..
- Add Ice subes before serving.
Yummy butter milk is now ready to beat the heat....
