Chicken Kheema masala


Ingredients:

  • Chicken - minced - 250 gms
  • Onion - minced in processor - 3
  • Tomato - minced in processor - 2
  • Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Salt


Method:

  • Wash the minced chicken and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions , curry leaves. Fry them.
  • Add ginger garlic paste till raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomato. Saute them well till mushy.
  • Add cumin seeds powder and fennel seeds powder.
  • Add chilly powder ,coriander powder and salt.
  • Add chicken and water.
  • Allow it to boil well.
  • Add garam masala and stir well.












Serve it with Dosa/ Chapathi.
