- Chicken Drummette - 6
- Egg (white) -1
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Lemon juice
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Corn flour
- Marinate all the above items for about 2 hrs.
- Sprinkle corn flour and maida.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them,
Serve it with sauce.
