Ingredients:
- Puffed rice - 250 gms
- Red chilly - 4
- Curry leaves
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Garlic - 3-4
- Salt
- Mustard seeds
- Peanuts - half cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, temper mustard seeds. Add curry leaves, smashed garlic and red chilly.
- Add peanutsand roast well.
- Add salt and puffed rice. Mix well. Do not fry too much.
- Allow it to cool down and store it in a air tight container.
