Capsicum is one of my favorite vegetables. i have started using it in almost all the dishes. Just made this flavorful rice.
- Capsicum Red - half cut lengthwise
- Capsicum yellow - half cut lengthwise
- Onion - 1
- Cooked rice - one bowl
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions.stir till done.
- Add GG paste . fry them well. Add the capsicum and stir.Add garam masala and salt.
- Add the cooked rice to it.Add the remaining salt for the rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Easy and quick rice is ready!
Serve with carrot raitha.
