Ingredients:
- Chickpeas - 2 cups
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal
- Green chilly - 2
- Ginger - half piece
- Curry leaves
- Coconut -one handful
Method:
- Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil for 3 whistles in a cooker.
- Grind coconut, chilly, curry leaves and ginger together.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal and little curry leaves.
- Add the ground mixture and saute for wo minutes
- Add the boiled chickpeas. and stir them.
- Add salt and mmix well. Keep in flame for two mins and switch off.
