Padhuwali Chapathi is a Gujarathi dish. It is very similar to regular chapathi. Its very easy and tasty too... I saw this recipe in a cookery show in TV, I tried it out. It came out really well.Hope you all like it.

Serve hot with any Curry of your Choice.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Salt
- Milk - required to knead
- Ghee
- Oil
Method:
- Knead the dough with wheat flour, milk and salt.
- Since we have added milk, dont leave it for a long time. Chapathies will turn hard.
- Take 3 small balls from the dough. make thin chapathies.
- Take one layer, apply little ghee on it (above picture). Place the other layer on top of it and stick on it.
- Now again apply ghee on top of the 2 layer, place the third layer and stick it.
- Heat Tava, Place this layered chapathi on it. Allow it to cook.
- Add oil if necessary. Cook on both the sides.
Serve hot with any Curry of your Choice.
Relish the Soft and healthy Chapathi !!
