Ingredients:
- Cabbage - finely chopped
- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients nicely.
- Do not add water, while mixing. Cabbage leaves some water while kneading. That is sufficient.
- Heat oil in a pan, take little by little and put it in the hot oil by spreading your hand. So that no big chunks fall into the oil.
- Fry on medium flame.
Crispy and crunchy pakoras are ready!
