Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 gms
- Onion- 1
- Oil
- Water
To grind:
- Green chilly -3
- Coriander leaves - one handful
- Mint leaves - one handful
- Cinnamon - 1"
- Cloves - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - one handful
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry them well. Add little ginger garlic paste to it.
- Add the chickens, mix them well. Add salt to it.
- Add the ground masala and allow it to cook well. Add water and close and cook it for 10 mins.
