Chicken Green curry


  • Chicken - 500 gms
  • Onion- 1
  • Oil
  • Water

To grind:

  • Green chilly -3
  • Coriander leaves - one handful
  • Mint leaves - one handful
  • Cinnamon - 1"
  • Cloves - 4
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut - one handful
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry them well. Add little ginger garlic paste to it.
  • Add the chickens, mix them well. Add salt to it.
  • Add the ground masala and allow it to cook well. Add water and close and cook it for 10 mins.

Yummy Curry ready. Serve with Saffron rice or chapathi.
