- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- green chilly - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil
- Water
- Gram dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
Method:
- Mix besan flour, turmeric powder , salt and water in a vessel.
- Heat oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, curry leaves.
- Fry onions and green chillies.
- Add the besan mixture into the onions.Mix well.
- Close it and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
- Stir well, check if the besan is boiled well.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve with Chapathies..
