Ingredients:
- Rava - 1 cup
- Maida - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Buttermilk - 1 cup
- Water
- Oil
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl into a thin consistency.
- Heat tava, Sprinkle the mixture when it is hot.
- Add oil or ghee and make crispy dosas.
I have served it with Coconut Chutney.
Crispy Rava dosas ready.
