Ingredients:
- Yam sliced - 5
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind water - 2tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Marinate all the above items and keep aside
- In a tava, add little oil and shallow fry the yam one by one.
Tastes really yummy with all the rice items.
