Yam fry


Ingredients:

  • Yam sliced - 5
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind water - 2tsp
  • Salt

Method:

  • Marinate all the above items and keep aside
  • In a tava, add little oil and shallow fry the yam one by one.

Tastes really yummy with all the rice items.
