This is a very simple recipe, I love it.Very nutritious and tasty too. Perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Bread - 4 slices
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Oil
Method:
- Break egg and mix it with milk in a plate.
- Add sugar to it.
- Stir well, till the sugar disolves.
- Heat a tava, Take the bread slices and dip in the mixture on both the sides and place it on the tava.
- Add oil in toast it.
- Remove it when its dne on both the sides.
Tasty bread protein toast ready.
