Ingredients:
For marination:
- Chicken(breast pieces cut it lengthwise) - 250 kg
- Egg (white) -1
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Grind cornflakes and oats coarsely.
Method:
- Marinate all the above items for about 2 hrs.
- Dip it in the ground cornflakes and oats mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them,
Serve it with sauce.
