Ingredients:
- Plaintain- 1
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Method:
- Mix Besan flour, rice flour , chilly powder, salt, water into a batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, Slice the plaintain into thin slices.
- Dip in the batter and deep fry.
Crispy Bajji ready.
