Cabbage Vadai is also my mom's special. Every time I make vadai, I miss my mom. She is no.1 in it. Hope you guys like it.

- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Salt
- Water
- Curry leaves
- Cabbage Chopped - 1
- Green chilly - 2
- Oil
Method:
- Soak urad dal for an hour. Grind it using little water.Make it fluffy.
- Add the chopped cabbage,green chillies, salt and curry leaves.
- Heat oil in a pan, make yummy vadas out of the flour.
- Crispy vadas Ready .
Brilliant way of adding cabbage to vada... So healthy...
