Ingredients:
- Cucumber - 1 chopped finely
- Moong dal - 1/4 cup soaked
- Green chillies - 2
- Grated coconut - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Coriander leaves
To temper:
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal
- Red chilly - 2 broken
- Asafoedita
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Temper the "to temper" ingredients.
- Add salt to it before serving.
Serve it like a salad with `rice.
