Super side dish for chapathis, rotis. But I served it as masala Dosa whichwas a super hit in my home. It can be served with anything. It can also be kept inside bread for sandwich. Perfect side dish ! Try this out..
Ingredients:
- Chicken kheema - 200 gms
- Onion - 2- 3 finely chopped
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
- Water
To Grind:
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon - 1"
- Cloves- 4
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds. When it splutters. Add the chopped onions.
- Fry it till brown. Add the tomatoes and fry.
- add gg paste and saute it well.
- Meanwhile grind the " to grind" ingredients. Use water and grind into a paste.
- Add the kheema , saute it for another 2 mins.
- Add the ground masala to the chicken. Stir for about 5 mins.
- Add salt and water. Add the required water , according to the consistency you want.
- Add the coriander leaves and mix it.
Super crispy masala dosa with kheema stuffing.
