This is such a wonderful dish . Very healthy tooo. Best way to eat spinach. My hubby loved the addition of spinach to it.

Ingredients:
- Potato - 3-4 boiled and cubed
- Spinach leaves - 1 bunch chopped
- Onion - 1 big chopped
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil
- Water
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- add onion and fry them till golden brown. Add crushed garlic and ginger.
- Saute them well. Add tomatoes. stir well, till tomatoes become mushy.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and potatoes to it.
- Cook till they form like a masala.
- Add the chopped spinach to it at the end and cook for 10- 15 mins.
Perfect with curd rice ! Inside a wrap too... !!
