Ingredients:
For marination and fry:
- Egg boiled -3 Sliced into quarter
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
- Ajinomotto
For the sauce:
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Ajinomotto
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Red chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- water
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients " for marination" ingredients together.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs that are marinated.Keep it aside.
For sauce:
- Heat little oil in a pan.add the onions. Fry them.
- Add salt, sugar, red chilli paste and saute them.
- Add the pepper powder and soya sauce.Mix them well.
- Add water and allow the sauce to noil for few mins.
- Finally add the fried eggs.
- Mix well and serve.
