Ingredients:
- Snake gourd - 1 big chopped into small pieces
- Onion- 1 chopped
- Tomato - half chopped
- Gram dal - one handful
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilly - 1
- Salt
For tempering:
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Red Chilly - 2
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash gram dal and add to a vessel. add little water to it. Add all the other ingredients except salt.
- Pressure cook for about 5-6 whistles.
- later, allow it to boil for few mins.Mix well.
- Temper with mustard seeds , Urad dal and red chilly.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
