Ingredients:
- Plain noodles - 3 packets
- Oil
- Onion - 1
- Carrot - half cut lengthwise
- Capsicum - 1 cut lengthwise
- Salt
- Soya sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder- required
- Peas - 1 cup soaked and boiled
Method:
- Boil noodles in warm water. Drain the noodlesand add cold water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, Ginger garlic paste. stir tillrawsmell vanishes.
- Add capsicum and carrot and peas.Add little salt. Check if the vegetables are cooked.
- Add the sauces and stir well.
- Add the cooked noodles. mix well.
- Add he remaining salt and pepper powder.
- Mix the noodles well.
