Tangy noodles

Noodles are all time favorite...Most easiest and yummiest !!


Ingredients:

  • Plain noodles - 3 packets
  • Oil
  • Onion - 1
  • Carrot - half cut lengthwise
  • Capsicum - 1 cut lengthwise
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 3 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder- required
  • Peas - 1 cup soaked and boiled



Method:

  • Boil noodles in warm water. Drain the noodlesand add cold water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, Ginger garlic paste. stir tillrawsmell vanishes.
  • Add capsicum and carrot and peas.Add little salt. Check if the vegetables are cooked.
  • Add the sauces and stir well.
  • Add the cooked noodles. mix well.
  • Add he remaining salt and pepper powder.
  • Mix the noodles well.

Tangy, mouthwatering noodles ready!!!

  2. Yummilicious recipe love noodles anytime!! btw about the tagging, just take a pic of your anjarapetti and say what's in them that's all if you wish you can also explain about the spices/masala you have in them :)
