Ingredients:
- Onion Shallots - 10-12
- Tomato -2 chopped
- Tamarind - 1 lemon size
- Curry leaves - fresh leaves - 1 cup
- Mustard seeds
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Gingelly oil -- 1 tbsp
- Sambar powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Green Chilly - 1

Method:
- Fry curry leaves in gingely oil and make it a paste.
- Add oil, season iwith mustard and fenugreek seeds then add onion, Fry them well.
- Add green chilly splitted. Add two tomatoes. Dont add water till the tomato is cooked.
- Then add sambar powder, turmericpowder and salt to taste.Cook until it forms like a thick gravy.
- Add tamarind water mixed with curry leaves paste.
Allow it to cook till the oil releases on top of it.
