Ingredients:
- Mushroom - one packet ( quartered)
- Capsicum - 1 cut into square pieces
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Tomato - 1 1/2 -chopped finely
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 1 slit
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Oil/ Butter
For marination :
- Curd - 3 -4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Marinate the mushroom., capsicum with for marination ingredients for 20-30 mins.
- Heat oil/ Butter in a pan, fry the onions until it becomes translucent. Add gg paste.
- Fry till smell vanishes. Add the tomatoes. Close and cook until it becomes mushy.
- Add the masala powders and salt required for the entire curry.
- Stir it and cook for few mins.
- Finally add the marinated mushroom and capsicum. Sprinkle little water.
- Close and sook for 5-7 mins.The curd has to be cooked and it gives a wonderful rich flavor to the masala.
- Color gradually changes into dark brown color.
- It forms as a thick masala and oil raise and come out.
Serve it hot with Rotis.
