Podi meen varuval


Ingredients:

  • Vanjaram - 5 slices
  • Oil for frying
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Salt

For Grinding:

  • Toor dal - 4 tbsp
  • Gram dal - 4 tbsp
  • Red chilly - 6-7
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt

Method:

  • Wash fish and marinate it with egg, pepper powder and salt for 1 hr.
  • Dry roast all the grinding ingredients. Cool them and grind it coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a tava.
  • Take the fish and apply it on the fish , all the sides.
  • Fry it in the oil.

Super aromatic fish is ready.
