For marination:
- Prawns - 150 gms
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Lemon - 1/2
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate all the above ingredients and keep for 2 hrs.
Other ingredients:
- Oil
- Curry leaves
- Onion - 3
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onion. Fry them well.
- Add salt only to onions.
- Add the marinated prawns and cook for 5-7 mins.
Garnish with curry leaves.
Tastes best with Sambar rice / Curd rice.
