Prawns pepper masala

Ingredients:

For marination:
  • Prawns - 150 gms
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Method:

  • Marinate all the above ingredients and keep for 2 hrs.

Other ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion - 3

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onion. Fry them well.
  • Add salt only to onions.
  • Add the marinated prawns and cook for 5-7 mins.

Garnish with curry leaves.
Tastes best with Sambar rice / Curd rice.
