Idly podi



Ingredients:

  • Urad dal - 1 cup
  • Gram dal - 3/4 dal
  • Asafoedita - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilly - 25-30
  • Salt
  • Oil


Method:

  • Fry all the ingredients separately in oil.
  • Grind it coarsely.
