- Capsicum - 1 cut into juliennes
- Besan flour - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 1/4 cup
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Asafoedita
- Oil
- Water
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients into a smooth batter except capsicum and oil.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take the cut capsicum and dip it in the mixed batter and dip it in the oil.
- Take it out once it turns golden brown.
Crunchy Capsicum fingers ready.
