- Rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 2 tbsp
- Moong dal - 1/4 cup
- Curd ( sour) - 1/2 cup
- Salt
For tempering:
- Mustard seeds
- Oil
- Urad dal
- Gram dal
- Cashews
- Green chilly - 2 finely chopped
- Ginger - finely chopped
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Soak rice and dal. grind it.
- Mix it with curd.
- Temper all the above ingredients in oil.
- Mix it in the batter.
- Make yummy idlies.
You can make like normal idlies and also steam it in plate.
