Prawns spread on bread

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices - 3
  • Prawns - 50 gms
  • onion - 1
  • green chilly - 1
  • Coriander leaves - one handful
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

  • Salt
  • Capsicum - 1/2 ( cut into square pieces)
  • Onion - 1/2 ( cut into square pieces)
  • Tomato - 1/2 ( cut into square pieces)

  • Butter
  • Tooth picks
Method:

  • Grind prawns, coriander leaves, onion,
  • chilly, ginger garlic paste and salt together in to a paste.
  • Cut the bread's sides and cut them into four parts.
  • Apply the paste to one side of the bread.
  • Heat tava , add little butter. Place the bread with applied side on the tava. Allow it to cook.
  • Cook the sides of the bread.
  • Remove it. Place a capsicum pieces, onion piece and a tomato piece.
  • Combine all the 4 pieces with tooth pick.


Serve hot with Mayo or ketchup.
