Onion Kara chutney



Ingredients:

  • Onion - 1
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Tamarind - small piece

For tempering :

  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil

Method:

  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Fry the onions till they are translucent.
  • Add red chilly, tamarind and hing.
  • Add Salt and allow it to cool down.
  • Grind it and temper it.
