Peanut/ Groundnut chutney

Ingredients:

  • Ground nuts - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Red chilly - 2-3
  • Salt
  • Water

To temper:

  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
Method:

  • Grind all the above ingredients into a smooth paste using water.
  • Finally temper it.
