- Onions - 2
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Method:
- Mix Besan flour, rice flour , chilly powder, salt,, water into a batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, cut the onions into rings.
- Dip in the batter and deep fry.
Crispy , crunchy rings ready.
