- Onions - 2
 - Egg - 4
 - Salt
 - Pepper powder
 - Curry leaves
 - Green chilly - 1
 - Ajwine / Saunph - 1/2 tsp
 - Oil
 - Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
 
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, season ajwine and curry leaves.
 - Add chilly and onions, fry them well.Add turmeric powder.
 - Add the broken eggs. Add salt.
 - Allow the eggs to cook well.
 - Add pepper powder at last and turn off.
 
Tastes good with rasam rice / curd rice.
