Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients:

• Strawberry - 200 gms
• Milk - 2 cups
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Egg - 1

Method:

• Grind strawberry into paste.
• Boil milk , add sugar. Mix egg white in it.
• Allow it to cool down,
• Add the strawberry paste to it.Mix well.
• Pour in a vessel and refrigerate to set it.
• Turn it upside down and garnish with strawberries.

Delicious Pudding is ready to serve.
